Payments are handled via a third party provider (Stripe or PayPal).
This means payments can take up to 7 days to be processed.
Sadly, we can’t ship orders while payments are clearing, sorry.
If you’re in NZ or Australia send us an email to MonarchPedals@gmail.com and we can arrange a Bank Transfer easy peasy which is typically instant.
Shipping
Shipping outside of NZ = $30 NZD.
Shipping within NZ = $0
Warranty
All Monarch Pedals effects units are lifetime guaranteed worldwide (RTB) from date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and/or equipment failure of original units only. If the unit has been modified, messed with, experimented on, etc then the warranty will be rendered void.
With that being said: we won’t leave you hanging. If it doesn’t work or if it stops working because of something we did (or didn’t) then we can surely help out. Get in touch at MonarchPedals@gmail.com for warranty claims/issues.
Please note the warranty does not cover misuse or avoidance/ignorance of recommended guidelines such as using above recommended voltage, incorrect polarity, use of incorrect power supply etc. Our word is final.

All our pedals come in their own box (made of recycled cardboard) with a sticker, and branded pick. We make an effort to use reused or recyclable packaging where possible including the anti-static bubble wrap and bags that our components come in. All plastic is 100% recyclable at soft recycling facilities.
Pedal Power
All Monarch Pedal units take a 9v DC CENTRE NEGATIVE adapter.
No Monarch Pedal unit uses a battery, now or ever. As such we recommend the use of a reputable CENTRE NEGATIVE 9v PSU to supply power to your MP unit. We use TrueTone CS7 and CS12 units when testing pedals and also live. No affiliation, they just do cool things.
Please do not:
Use a power supply above 9v DC unless stated.
Use anything other than CENTRE NEGATIVE adapters
