Using roughcast Alnico 2 magnets for smoother highs, rounded lows, and a naturally vocal midrange, these pickups respond beautifully to your playing dynamics and are the perfect match for anything from singing soulful leads (while standing on top of a grand piano?) to snarly rock to laid back warm jazzy chords.
Asymmetrically scatter wound to around 8.5k (bridge) and 7k (neck), they deliver the classic, expressive voice that put the humbucker on the map – articulate cleans, rich sustain, and grit when you push them. Built by hand, finished with our custom wax potting, and ready for any wiring configuration you want.
