With a unique distressed finish, 12 hole covers, and wound hot these are built for big riffs, big leads, and sonic destruction. Hybrid wind in the neck with unmatched clarity and dynamic response.
Sundog - Neck only
Chrome cover. Wound to a mellow 6.5k around a roughcast Alnico 2 magnet this is built for jazzy cleans, smoky leads, and soulful vocal lines where you don’t need gain and compression, you just need a great pickup that responds beautifully to the nuances of your playing you’ve spent decades perfecting.
Benchmark N&B set
One of our most successful experiments- the hybrid asymmetrical wind. Bringing together a hot coil from our JP Custom model, and a cooler coil from our Valley Girl model pairs exceptionally well bringing an unmatched tonal spectrum to your playing. No weird mid-hump or cocked wah tones or nasality with this set and it’s good for just about everything. We use the same set in our shop’s Heritage Custom Core and it’s awesome. 11.9k Bridge , 7k Neck, Alnico 5
